We love traveling by train through Europe! Join us on this incredible day trip from Utrecht, Netherlands to Antwerp, Belgium.
In Antwerp, we show you some of the best things to do, including eating Belgian Waffles, buying chocolate, and seeing some of the most popular sights in the city. We walk from beautiful Antwerp Central Station, sometimes called the “Railway Cathedral”, to the main shopping district called the Meir, we stop by the amazing Stadsfeedtzaal shopping center, walk to the Cathedral of Our Lady near the city center, visit the Grote Markt and beautiful Stadhuis (city hall) and surrounding Guild Houses, then we walk to the Scheldt River and see Het Steen, a castle fortress on the water.
Finally, while walking back, we happen upon the Zoute Auto Rally, an incredible parade of class automobiles near the Stadhuis! Oh, and we finish the day with a bit more chocolate, of course.
